If (in the SHRED app) you go to Settings>Account>Membership and tap "Restore Subscription" then it should force a check to see if you have an active subscription and restore to that current state.If you have issues after trying this then let us know at support@shred.app and we will assist further.
If this happens, the best thing to do is to delete the app and reinstall & re-login. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at support@shred.app.
To sync your workout with 1 or more friends, simply tap on the "Buddy Workout" text right below "Recommended For Today" on the "Training" main section.
The leader is the person whose QR code is being scanned.
Once ready, the leader will choose whichever workout is desired, and once the workout is started by the leader, all participating users will see the workout load on their device. The workout must be started by the leader to trigger the sync.
Each user must continue tapping through the exercises to complete the workout.
To hide yourself from the social feed, tap the big orange button to preview your workout, then tap the wheel icon in the upper right-hand corner.
To hide yourself while working out live, turn the "Get Cheers While Working Out" option off. To hide yourself from the feed after your workout is complete, turn the "Show Workouts On Social Timeline" option off.
To hide yourself completely, turn both options off.If you turn off "Show Workouts On Social Timeline" then you will also not be searchable by other users.
Managing your subscription with SHRED is the same as managing any other iOS app subscription on your device. Only you are able to make changes to your subscription status. We are not able to manage your subscription.
To manage/cancel your subscription, go to the iOS Settings app on your device. From the Settings, click on "iTunes & App Stores" followed by "Apple ID: [your Apple ID]". Click to "View Apple ID" and then "Subscriptions" to manage your subscription. Tap "SHRED - By Shred Labs" to review your subscription with us.
If you do not see a subscription here then it means you do not have an active subscription.
You can turn off the auto-renewal at any time up until 24-hours before the end of the subscription period by following the above steps. When you cancel your subscription, access to the SHRED app will not expire immediately, you will have access until the end of your current payment period.
If your friends are not set to private, then you should be able to find them by going to the "Social" section and pulling down to reveal a "Search" bar. Simply enter their name and tap on your desired result to view their profile and follow.
To delete your account, go to the Settings icon in the upper left-hand corner and open that. Then tap on "Account", scroll down and then tap "Delete Account" (Under the "Legal" sub-header). Confirm the deletion and your account will be removed from our system within 24 hours.
Please note that deleting your account does NOT stop your reoccurring payments.

Gym workout sessions are offered at 30-35m, 50-60m, and 65-75m average durations, while the Bodyweight workout sessions are offered at 20m, 40m, and 60m durations. We also offer Cardio training sessions at 20m, 40m, and 60m intervals.

Unfortunately, you are not able to share your account with someone else.
To change the units of measurements, tap on the Settings icon in the upper left-hand corner. Look for "Measurement Units" and tap to choose between Pounds and Kilograms. This choice will affect your default weight-logging unit, as well as, the Weight Tracking module in the Stats section.
To reset your password while you are currently logged into the app, tap on the Settings icon in the upper left-hand corner. Tap on the "Account" option followed by "Password". Follow the directions to reset your password.
To reset your password while you are not currently logged into the app, tap on the "Login" button and underneath the Password entry field you should see text that says, "Change Password". Tap this and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Yes - you can log your weight and/or reps while working out. To do this, simply swipe the footer tab up to reveal options during a workout. Tap on the "Add Weight" option and enter the correct amount and tap "Save" to record your entry.
Yes - almost all of our exercises have at least 1 alternate available. This can be done while working out. To view alternates and swap, swipe the footer tab up to reveal options during a workout. Tap on the "Alternates" option to view alternates. Tap to select the alternate.
Yes - when you sign up you will see a prompt asking for permission to connect SHRED with Apple Health. If you do not wish to give permission during your signup and/or would like to manage your Apple Health connections manually, simply go to the Health App on your device, then tap on "Sources" along the footer navigation - then tap SHRED to manage Apple Health access.
Your default workout days per week determines your muscle splits and is an important number to have set correctly. To change your default workout days per week, tap the Settings icon in the upper left-hand corner followed by the "Account" option. Look for and tap on the "Workouts Per Week" option and choose the right amount for you.If you workout less than 3 days per week then still choose 3 and that will be the right choice.
To change your default workout style, tap the Settings icon in the upper left-hand corner followed by "Account". Look for and tap on the "Workout Style (Default)" option and select your preferred choice.This selection will be shown by default each time you open the workout preview screen.
To adjust your audio alert settings, tap the Settings icon in the upper left-hand corner followed by the "Account" option. Look for and tap on the "Audio Alerts" option to choose your preference.
If you pay for SHRED through Apple (iOS) or Android (Google Play) then you must request a refund through them directly. Both companies do not let us provide any refunds. To get a refund from Apple (iOS), click here; to get a refund for Android (Google Play), click here. If you subscribe through Stripe (meaning you signed up from our website then please reach out to us at support@shred.app and we'll process a refund for you.
